About Me:
Hola, my name is Juan Marcos Percy and I was
born at the foot of the Andes mountains in Cali, Colombia. My life's
journey has taken me throughout North America. Living 32 years in the
U.S. split between Miami and New York and now happily calling Canada
home. Currently I am based out of the real Emerald City, Vancouver, BC.
I'm a sonically minded individual that has been creating music and
capturing sounds in some form, throughout my life. With over 25 years of
audio editing and recording experience and over 10 years experience
onset in production and post-production audio for short, feature,
corporate and documentary films. I have worked as a Sound Mixer/Boom
Operator, Live Sound Engineer and as a Location Recordist for various
companies, theaters, productions and radio programs. I have also been
writing, recording and performing music for over 30 years with various
bands and with my own project,
Juanito Perez.
